Generally, Daisy’s Eye Cancer Fund will not disclose any of personally identifiable information, unless we have express permission, or we are required to do so by law (for example, when running a criminal records check for potential volunteers).

When an individual chooses to submit information to Daisy’s Eye Cancer Fund, they are giving their consent for that information being used in the process of meeting their requests.
